A corporate wellness coach is a Health Coach that is brought into the workplace environment to help employees improve their health and fitness levels, resulting in decreased healthcare costs, reduced absenteeism, improved morale and increased productivity. A successful corporate wellness coach will have a background in nutrition or a related field, as well as coaching and education experience.
