A corporate wellness coach is a Health Coach that is brought into the workplace environment to help employees improve their health and fitness levels, resulting in decreased healthcare costs, reduced absenteeism, improved morale and increased productivity. In addition to this, corporate wellness programs are known to positively impact an organization’s bottom line.

A successful corporate wellness coach will have a background in nutrition or a related field, as well as coaching and education experience.
