One of the latest features Apple has pushed out to iOS is Bedtime, which lets you set a fixed sleep schedule. However, some users may not find the feature useful and would rather turn it off.

The problem is that this new feature takes up a lot of screen real estate. So, it’s no surprise that many people would prefer to remove the Bedtime section from the Alarm submenu.

Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb is a great way to keep notifications, calls, and alerts from disrupting your sleep. You can turn it on just once or set it to activate on a schedule. You can even add exceptions for specific contacts if you want to receive certain alerts during Do Not Disturb mode.

Do Not Disturb on an iPhone helps you rest easy by keeping your phone silent and sending incoming calls directly to voicemail. It also prevents your lock screen from dimming and won’t allow you to receive notifications during your sleep cycle, including your alarms.

You can find Do Not Disturb on your phone by pressing the moon button in the Control Center or opening the Settings app and tapping Do Not Disturb. Once you’ve enabled Do Not Disturb, it will be activated until you swipe up on your phone or press the button again to turn it off.

Bedtime on an iPhone is a helpful feature that reminds you when it’s time to go to sleep and sounds an alarm to wake you up. It’s designed to help you get the rest you need without distraction, and it comes with a new feature called Wind Down that can be set to turn on automatically before you go to bed.

But there are times when you may not want to use Bedtime, or may prefer to remove the reminders from the Alarm pane altogether. For example, many iPhone users don’t want the Bedtime section to be at the top of the Alarm screen, which takes up a lot of space and makes it harder to see fixed alarms.

Sleep is an essential part of health and wellbeing, and a healthy sleeping schedule is one of the most important habits to develop. Despite the fact that we live in a busy world, it’s still important to take care of our body and get enough rest to function properly.

With iOS 13, Apple introduced a new feature called Bedtime that helps you stay consistent with your sleeping routine. This feature lets you set a fixed sleeping schedule, which will remind you when it’s time to go to sleep and wake you up at the same time every day.

However, the feature can be annoying to use if you don’t like the notifications it sends you at night. If you want to disable it, there are a few different ways to do so.

First, turn off the notifications you’re receiving at night using Sleep Mode, which is a feature that dims your screen and hides Lock Screen alerts. This is especially helpful if you don’t want to be disturbed by calls or text messages.

Next, turn on Do Not Disturb by opening the Settings app and tapping on Do Not Disturb. This will prevent all incoming notifications from appearing on the Lock Screen, even ones that are scheduled to go off at a specific time.

If you want to do more than just shut off notifications at night, you can also turn on the Wind Down Mode to make your iPhone less obtrusive during this time. This feature will automatically turn off all alerts, snooze your alarm and even silence your phone.

Turn Off at Bedtime

Bedtime is a feature that helps you get the sleep you need on a schedule. You set a bedtime, and then you receive an alarm reminder that tells you when it’s time to go to sleep. You can also adjust the sound and volume of this alarm if you need to.

Getting enough sleep is critical to your overall health. Studies show that not getting enough sleep can lead to long-term problems such as obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

However, it can be tough to determine how much sleep you need on a regular basis. That’s why Apple introduced a new sleep mode to help you track your sleep patterns and improve your health.

The Clock app is one of the best tools to use for analyzing your sleep habits, and you can use it to set a schedule for your bedtime and wake up times. You can even change the start time or the scheduled wake up alarm if you need to.

While the feature is a great way to make sure you get enough sleep, it can be annoying if you’re not in the mood for an alarm. That’s why it’s a good idea to disable this feature if you no longer need it.

You can turn off the bedtime feature by opening the Clock app and taping anywhere within the Schedule section. You’ll then toggle the Bedtime Schedule switch off, and you should notice that the bedtime feature is now also turned off on the Alarm screen.

Many iPhone users don’t want to have the Bedtime feature in the Clock app. They don’t want the section to be at the top of the Alarm pane, which takes up a lot of space and makes fixed alarms much less visible.

Disable Bedtime Reminders

With every iOS update, Apple moves features around based on user feedback and OS improvements. One such feature is Bedtime, which lets you set a fixed sleep schedule so your iPhone can remind you when it’s time to go to bed and wake you up at the same time every day.

While many people find this feature useful, it’s not for everyone. For one thing, it can be annoying to have a reminder sounding in the middle of your sleep, especially if you’re trying to get a good night’s rest. Moreover, some people don’t like that the reminder appears on their lock screen when they’re sleeping.

In any case, if you find that the Bedtime feature is a distraction and doesn’t improve your sleep, it’s easy to turn off the reminder. To do so, open the Clock app and select the Bedtime tab. Then, tap Delete Alarm.

Alternatively, you can remove the reminder from the list of Alarms in the Clock app and then delete it from your iPhone. That’s a much simpler method, but it can be tedious and take up valuable screen space.
