Provide thought-leadership and inspire others in the company through best practices. Maintain adherence to key control and other policies while providing excellent customer service. Evaluate the nature of each call, determine and communicate the appropriate action to complete the request and direct accordingly. Provide general information and support on multiple Visa program features, and transfer to issuing bank for specific account information when necessary.
